On January 11, 2025, the establishment conference of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Professional Committee of the Beijing State-owned Assets Legal Research Association was successfully held. Lawyer Yin Lina and Lawyer Qian Li from our firm were elected as the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of the committee.

Leaders attending this meeting included President Deng Feng of the research association, Vice Presidents Xie Hongfei, Zheng Zhigang, Yuan Jinghua, Han Xiao, Secretary-General Zhang Mingjun, Ms. Zhou Lisha, a researcher from the China Enterprise Reform Research Association, Mr. Zhao Xiaohai, General Manager of Peking University Law Treasure, Mr. Zhu Tao, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Caijing Magazine and Executive Dean of the Institute of Financial and Business Governance, Ms. Cao Chunfen, a partner at Beijing Zhonglun Wende Law Firm, and members of the committee. Vice President Xie Hongfei and Vice President Zheng Zhigang jointly unveiled the establishment of the "Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Professional Committee," marking its official establishment. President Deng Feng awarded appointment letters to Director Tie Meng, Deputy Directors Liu Jinyan, Yang Lin, Xu Rongyuan, Secretary-General Yin Lina, Deputy Secretary-General Qian Li, and Deputy Secretary-General Bao Jian of the committee.

The Director, Deputy Directors, and members of the Secretariat of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Professional Committee delivered inauguration speeches, all expressing that the committee will not fail its mission, will earnestly fulfill its responsibilities, and will do its utmost to carry out related work for the legalization, standardization, and professional development of state-owned asset mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.

The establishment of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Professional Committee of the Beijing State-owned Assets Legal Research Association provides a broader professional development platform for Dingwei Law Firm.
