● Major Administrative Decisions

Provide written legal opinions for major administrative decisions and significant specific administrative actions of the government and relevant departments, and analyze and demonstrate decision-making matters that are highly specialized and technical as legal experts in the process of formulating major administrative decisions.

●Review of Administrative Normative Documents

Conduct legality reviews of administrative normative documents formulated or amended by the government and relevant departments, and issue written legal opinions. Review the draft opinions of administrative normative documents proposed by the superior units of administrative agencies and provide relevant revision suggestions.

●Administrative Law Enforcement Field

Participate in the research and demonstration of complex and difficult issues in the field of administrative law enforcement, including providing legal services for the research on the facts and legal application issues of major administrative penalty cases, demonstration and analysis of major administrative licensing matters, identification of illegal construction and penalties or demolition, and related difficult issues in regional environmental remediation.

●Administrative Reconsideration and Administrative Litigation

Provide legal consultation and demonstration opinions for the legal affairs of administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation of the government and relevant departments, and represent administrative agencies in participating in administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation activities.

●Negotiation and Review of Major Contracts

Participate in the negotiation and discussion of major contracts such as strategic cooperation agreements for investment promotion signed by the government and relevant departments, and draft and review relevant agreement content entrusted by the government and relevant departments.
